Drum roll please! Nominations are now open for the 2010 VUWSA Executive elections!
VUWSA Exective positions up for grabs include the highly sought after role of President, as well as Vice‑President (Education), Vice‑President (Welfare) and Vice‑President (Administration).
Nine general Exec positions, including clubs officer, activities officer and queer officer, are also there for the taking.
Nominations are also being called for two Publications Committee representatives, and a student representative on the University Council.
Any students keen to put themselves up for election, like lambs to the slaughter, can collect a nomination form from one of VUWSA’s offices. Nominations close Thursday 10 Sepetmber.
Students will have their chance to vote for their favourite cuts of fresh exec meat between 24 and 30 September.
Salient cannot guarantee that the year’s worth of free coverage will be entirely favourable.
